Total time: 10 min + 24 h wait
Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients
- 515 g of white unbleached flour
- 2 and 1/4 cups of water
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tsp of quick rise instant yeast
- 2 tsp of salt
- Any toppings that you like (garlic powder, chili flakes, olives, cheese, ham, onions,..)

Step 1 – Make the dough
Mix all the dry ingredient in a big bowl (flour, yeast and salt).

Add the water and use a fork to roughly mix the dough. It will be soggy and that is normal. Drizzle the olive oil on top.

Cover with a plastic wrap and leave the dough at room temperature until it doubled in size. Around 6 to 8 hours.

Step 2 – Add toppings
If you are not ready to use it you can leave the dough in the fridge up to 24 hours.
When you are ready, use a baking pan and add half of the dough to make a first layer. Add the toppings of your choice, in my case, olives, garlic powder and chili flakes. Add the other half of the dough and repeat with the toppings.

Cover the baking pan with the same plastic wrap and leave it for the second rise at room temperature for around 3 hours.

Step 3 – Baking
Bake at 420 F for 25 to 30 min or until golden brown.

Enjoy right away or let it cool down!
