Cheese Puffs

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 80 g of butter
  • 1 cup of water
  • 180 g of any grated cheese
  • 150 g of flour
  • 1 tsp of nutmeg

Step 1 – Make the dough

Preheat the oven to 390 F.

In a medium pot over medium high heat, melt the butter and water. Bring to a boil and remove from the heat.

Add the flour at once and mix very well until you have a ball that is not sticky.

Add one egg at a time mixing very well everytime.

Add the cheese, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Mix very well one last time.

Step 2 – Bake the puffs

With the help of 2 spoons, form little piles of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchement paper.

Bake for 25 to 30 min until golden brown.

Enjoy right away or let them cool down!
